Building Psychological Safety
The Building Psychological Safety training program equips dealership staff with the knowledge and practical skills needed to foster psychological safety at work. Through realistic dealership scenarios and evidence-based practices, the program explores how safe, respectful environments support performance, wellbeing, compliance, and customer outcomes.
Delivered over two modules, the program builds from understanding what psychological safety is, to learning how it is created and sustained through everyday behaviours, teamwork, and leadership actions. Participants gain the confidence to speak up, learn from mistakes, and contribute positively to a strong dealership culture from day one.
